    Perfect service. Plus, the Residence Club had heavenly dumplings and fine views!

    Language barriers caused some confusion during check-in,, and breakfast variety could use enhancement.

    Clean, brand-new hotel, I loved well-appointed and top-notch rooms and very attentive staff. Booked a room with beautiful views of old town. The location in a very enjoyable area was magnificent and there were a big shopping mall and main shopping street nearby. Had lunch/dinner at Bianyifang, which I found not too far away from the venue. Had a nice stay for 3 nights on a recent business trip & would definitely book here again.

    The carpet in the Superior Room had noticeable stains, and the shower leaked from the wall, hardly what you'd expect for a five-star rating. The mattress felt excessively firm, almost like lying on wood, which my partner didn't mind, but it could be a dealbreaker for some. The smart TV was mostly useless for streaming services available in China, and the need to purchase a shower cap to use the pool seemed like an unnecessary inconvenience. Expired food products in the room didn't inspire confidence either.

    great stay but needs minor improvements

    The location of our stay offered fantastic access to cultural landmarks! The staff was generally attentive. The room we booked was spacious and clean, with a lovely view of the surrounding area.

    Check-in could be more streamlined.

    I liked absolutely fantastic breakfast, hotel's good and absolutely perfect location.

    views of old town were exceptional, the room was airy and silent. it also had good internet and coffee. the pool was good and i had free soft drinks in the roof top bar.

    Recommend it for solo travelers seeking luxury

    Checked in late and ended up upgraded to a huge suite. The deep soaking bathtub? Life changing, I just sank in and forgot about time, my own little paradise.

    It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for the experience, I say it's worth it.
